IMPORTANT NOTICE All ChangesAll Snapfax - Fax PDF documents 2.1 Annotations can be really useful if you wish to highlight certain areas or points on the graph but the options available are a little simplistic, so if you want to do something a bit more advanced then it's best to export the graph as an image then edit it in an external image editor (Pixelmator or Photoshop, for example). • Messenger functionality. Per, I must confess that I haven't used pgplot for a while, so my comments may be out of date. I'll take a look at restricting the minimum line in aquaterm. My pgplot/aquaterm line width problem was with a Fortran 77 code, not octave. Also, I'll try building PLplot-5.5.1. I built PLplot-5.3.1, 5.5.2 and 5.5.3, but never tried 5.5.1, which would have worked. I got 5.3.1 to work within X11 (and with octave), but not with aquaterm, so that's how I have been limping along. Thanks for your comments. Nice to know that you're still out there. AquaTerm has been a real work horse here. quickly as possible.
On the plus side, it makes really nice output. So, if you want something that makes nicer plots than excel, this may be your choice, but be aware of the limitations I noticed above.
